Brushing is important for various reasons besides fresh breath since bad breath can invite many problems in your day-to-day life which can harm your image as well. Skipping a brushing session can also increase the growth of bacterial build-ups like plaque, cavities, and gum diseases.

Might be peoples are not aware that American Dental Association recommends brushing your sparkling white teeth twice a day at least. People can be shocked to hear this, but going to bed without brushing your teeth is like going to bed with dung/poops in your mouth.

Whenever you have a meal, the bacteria reside in your mouth and dine on the food you eat. Like all living organisms, these bacteria produce waste after a meal. This waste can be very acidic and can harm your tooth enamel, causing cavities and root decay.

Everybody needs to brush every day, especially before bed and if you do this practice then you and your family will be awarded healthy teeth if you do brushing in the daytime as well then it would be added advantage for healthy teeth for many upcoming years.

Last but not the least, you must accept the fact that a healthy and refreshing breath not only helps to improve your relations with your loved mates but also helps in your professional life as well since good and pearly white teeth make your smile far better than others.
